Every Friday there will be a 10 question (10 point) quiz over the material covered that week. Since these are brief, their focus is limited to the main ideas of the lessons. The quiz gives you the opportunity to see potential test questions ahead of the actual Chapter tests and to test yourself to see if you have learned the basics from this week's lessons.

Since they become part of the Exam grade (which counts 50% of the overall semester grade) they carry more weight than homework does so it's important to take the quizzes seriously, to study for them and to learn from them.

Keep your quizzes and uses them as study aids for the chapter tests.
